Bank reorganisation

Jurimex lawyers supported the procedure of Ukrainian net-only bank reorganisation by changing its business form in accordance with the regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine.

The lawyers developed a general plan for the reorganisation which was especially difficult to carry out due to lack of practice in applying Banks and Banking Act of Ukraine and the respective NBU by-laws at the time of reorganisation.

Jurimex lawyers also gave their recommendations as to drafting forms of documents and forming packs of documents in general. At the client’s request, they prepared some additional documents and represented the bank in some of the governmental authorities.

Due to the weighted solutions, considered actions and well-coordinated work of all parties in the process, the bank reorganisation went smooth without affecting the operation and activities of the bank affiliates and branches.
