The services included representing the client in obtaining the share concentration permit from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Subject to the agreement regulated by the UK laws concentration was carried out by purchasing the shares of the non-resident company holding a large share in the authorised capital of Ukrainian lottery operator, which enabled the client to acquire indirectly control over such lottery operator.
