Representing the client in unfair competition case

Jurimex lawyers represented a large Ukrainian seed and mineral fertiliser manufacturer in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in the case of unauthorised use of the client’s trade name.

Our lawyers were able to collect the evidence supporting the complaint filed to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

The Committee recognised our client’s rights, imposed a fine on and obligated the infringer to change the trade name.
