Representing a debtor client in a bankruptcy case

Jurimex lawyers represented the client (a regional power supplier) in the dispute initiated in relation of the client’s bankruptcy.

During this project, Jurimex lawyers controlled the validity of the bankruptcy procedure initiated against the client and appealed against all court decisions in conflict with the client’s interests. Due to Jurimex lawyers’ efforts the Court of Appeals rejected the creditors’ claims to the amount of more than UAH 4 mln., and subsequently the client approved the reorganisation plan which enabled to renew the business activities in the shortest possible time.
