Dispute related to cancelling the decision of the National Television and Broadcasting Council whereby it imposed penal sanctions on a television and radio company for breaching quota assignment regul

Jurimex lawyers represented a large national television and radio company in the dispute involving an appeal against the decision of the National Television and Broadcasting Council. The decision imposed penal sanctions on the client for failure to comply with the determined broadcasting quotas as to the works of Ukrainian writers/poets and artists.

Due to our lawyers’ efforts the court satisfied the client’s claim by cancelling the decision passed by the National Council and removing the penalty from the client.
