Dispute related to cancelling the decision of the National Television and Broadcasting Council whereby it imposed penal sanctions on a television and radio company for breaching advertising laws

Jurimex lawyers represented a large national television and radio company in the dispute involving an appeal against the decision of the National Television and Broadcasting Council. The decision imposed penal sanctions on the client for breaching advertising posting regulations and failure to comply with the determined broadcasting quotas as to the works of Ukrainian writers/poets and artists.
