Representing the client in the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre in the dispute related using the domain name

Jurimex lawyers represented the client in the domain dispute considered by the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre in accordance with the procedures based on the Uniform Domain Names Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).

Due to Jurimex lawyers’ efforts and support, the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre confirmed legal validity of the client’s domain name registration and use.

This was the first decision ever made by the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre whereby the claim to the Ukrainian defendant was rejected.
