Trademark protection dispute

Jurimex lawyers represented the client in the dispute with a large international media holding company claiming that the client had no right to use their trademark in the name of its magazine.

Due to Jurimex lawyers’ expertise the client was able to prove that it had acted on legal grounds and asserted its right to use the trademark in the name of its magazine.
