Unfair competition and trademark use case proceedings in the Antimonopoly Committee

Jurimex lawyers represented Ukraine’s largest state lottery operator in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine within the proceedings related to an unlawful trademark use.

Due to Jurimex lawyers’ efforts the Antimonopoly Committee made a decision in favour of the client.
