Trademark protection case

Jurimex lawyers represented Ukraine’s largest state lottery operator in a dispute related to an unlawful use of the trademark owned by the client. The court prohibited the defendant from using the trademark.

It was one of the first trademark ban judgments in Ukraine which was enforced by executive authorities.
