Jurimex lawyers provided a leading Ukrainian production studio with the legal services which included preparing the contracts related to television recording of the musical film which was broadcasted at New Year’s Eve.
The project work included advising the client about Ukrainian and Russian intellectual property laws, as well as preparing licence contracts, representing the client at pre-production, production and post-production stages, consultations as to taxation matters, and preparing set of contracts with technicians and designers involved in the project, including contracts with actors, musicians, script writers, directors and technical staff.
