Obtaining license to broadcasting

Jurimex lawyers prepared the documents required for taking part in the tender issued by the National Television and Broadcasting Council of Ukraine. The bids were invited for the license to broadcasting in the FM range.

The lawyers were able to form a set of the required documents which were accepted by the National Council and the client was included in the bidder list. Due to the lawyers’ proficiency the client won the contract and obtained the licences.
