Yuriy Krainiak

Mr. Krainiak is in charge of day-to-day management of Jurimex. In addition, he chairs Intellectual property law, Media and Litigation practices of the company.

Yuriy has an extensive experience in representing clients in judicial and out-of-court settlements related to the copyrights, software, trademarks (“Super Loto”, “Europa Plus”, “Forbes”, “ICQ”), and domain names.

Yuriy Krainiak has been acting for domestic and multinational clients advising them on various legal aspects of TV and radio broadcasting, concert shows, festivals and entertainment events arrangement, such as Eurovision show, Paul McCartney, Elton John, and Al Di Meola concerts in Kyiv.

Education

Kyiv Institute of Law of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, Master’s degree in Law.
