Danylo Getmantsev

Mr. Getmantsev has been practicing in the sphere of law since 1997, successfully combining strategic management of Jurimex with professorship at Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of the Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University, and activity of an attorney at law.

Danylo is the head of Banking and Finance, and Tax practices of the company. For more than 10 years, he has been advising key clients of Jurimex on the most complicated and crucial legal issues with regard to their investment and financial activity, corporate rights and securities, gambling and lottery, real estate, privatization, and development.

Danylo Getmantsev is the author of more than 60 publications, among which is “Banking Law of Ukraine”, student textbook.
