Bohdan Shapoval

Mr. Shapoval is the Corporate law & Securities partner of Jurimex.

For more than 5 years, Bohdan has been successfully advising clients on various issues of public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, securities transactions, real estate and privatization. He is highly experienced in protection of the enterprises from greenmail and hostile takeovers.

Bohdan Shapoval has been acting as an independent consultant (involved by the state bodies) and representative in numerous cases with regard to privatization of the state property.

Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Master’s degree in Law.
