Speaking the legal language of your business
On March 26, 2010, in frames of the conference “Legal Department of a Company. How to Increase its Work Efficiency?” conducted in Kyiv, Jurimex Honorary President Danil Getmantsev delivered a report dedicated to legal aspects of business restructuring.
Heads of legal departments and top-managers of leading companies of Ukraine, as well as representatives of independent law firms gathered together for the event’s discussion sessions.
Such issues as the role and functions of legal departments in companies, principles of their effective cooperation with external legal advisers, and peculiarities of business and debt restructuring in times of the economic crisis garnered especially much attention of the attendees. In his presentation, Mr. Getmantsev highlighted the essence, objectives, and stages of business restructuring – as intertwined processes of economic and legal nature.
